Please read these terms carefully before using CodenPay or subscribing to any services.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CodenPay and any subscriptions, payments, or services purchased through this website. By using this site you agree to be bound by these terms.
Company & Platform Clarification
CodenPay is the official payment and subscription portal of CodenVibe IT LLC ("CodenVibe", "we", "us", "our").
All services purchased through this website are:
- βOwned, operated, and fulfilled by CodenVibe IT LLC
- βBilled and managed via CodenPay
- βProcessed securely through Stripe
CodenPay itself does not provide services independently and exists solely for billing and subscription management purposes.
Services Covered
Subscriptions available on this website may include, but are not limited to:
- βWebsite Hosting & Maintenance
- βDevelopment Subscriptions
- βAutomation & API Integrations
- βCustom / Agency Plans
Each subscription is governed by the scope and limits clearly displayed on the relevant subscription page and pricing table.
Subscription Billing & Payments
- βAll subscriptions are recurring (monthly or yearly) unless stated otherwise.
- βBy subscribing, you authorize CodenVibe IT LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the chosen billing cycle.
- βBilling begins immediately upon subscription.
- βSubscriptions remain active until canceled by the customer.
- βAll payments are processed securely by Stripe. CodenVibe IT LLC does not store or process card details directly.
Cancellation Policy
- βYou may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's billing portal or by contacting billing support.
- βCancellation stops future billing only.
- βAccess to services remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- βNo partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Unless explicitly stated in writing:
- βMonthly subscriptions are non-refundable
- βYearly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing date
- βRefunds may be issued only at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges or billing errors.
We do not provide refunds for:
- βChange of mind
- βLack of usage
- βMisunderstanding of plan scope
- βWork already performed
- βFailure to cancel before renewal
Scope of Services & Limitations
Subscription plans cover only what is explicitly listed on the pricing page.
Unless included in your plan, subscriptions do NOT include:
- βNew feature development
- βWebsite redesigns
- βMajor migrations or rewrites
- βCustom software or SaaS development
- βEmergency or 24/7 support (unless stated)
- βWork exceeding included monthly hours
Any work outside the plan scope requires a plan upgrade or separate written approval and billing. Unused support hours do not roll over.
Fair Usage Policy
To maintain service quality:
- βExcessive resource usage (CPU, bandwidth, storage) may require a plan upgrade.
- βRepeated requests outside scope may result in service limitations or subscription review.
- βAbuse of infrastructure, systems, or support channels is not permitted.
- βWe reserve the right to suspend or modify service if usage consistently exceeds reasonable limits.
Service Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- βPayments fail or remain unpaid
- βFraudulent or abusive activity is detected
- βTerms are violated
- βRequired cooperation or access is not provided
Service suspension does not waive outstanding payment obligations.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- βProvide accurate billing and contact information
- βMaintain backups of your data where applicable
- βProvide required access credentials securely
- βReview plan details before subscribing
CodenVibe IT LLC is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, plugins, hosting providers, or tools outside our control unless explicitly managed by us.
Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms including but not limited to:
- βStripe
- βHosting providers
- βCloud and infrastructure services
- βAPIs and integrations
We are not responsible for outages, limitations, or changes caused by third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee:
- βUninterrupted service
- βError-free operation
- βSpecific performance results
- βBusiness outcomes or revenue
Any uptime targets or performance statements are best-effort goals, not legal guarantees.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
CodenVibe IT LLC shall not be liable for:
- βLoss of data
- βLoss of revenue or profits
- βIndirect or consequential damages
- βDowntime caused by third-party providers
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the most recent billing cycle.
Modifications to Terms
- βWe may update these Terms at any time.
- βChanges take effect upon posting
- βContinued use of services constitutes acceptance
- βMaterial changes may be communicated via email
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CodenVibe IT LLC is registered and operates.
